A storm swept through Southern California on Thursday, prompting flood warnings for millions of residents.

The storm left over 3,000 Los Angeles customers without power. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power reported localized outages in Sherman Oaks, Vermont, Slauson, Highland Park, and Los Feliz, while confirming that the overall system remained stable.

Authorities warned of debris flows and flash flooding as rain continued across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.
