Vande Bharat Sleeper Train was successfully completed high-speed trial with a speed of 180 kmph on the Kota-Nagda section.
The train is indigenously designed and manufactured by Indian Railways. The trial was conducted under the supervision of the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) on the Kota-Nagda section, during which the train achieved a maximum speed of 180 kmph,
It’s a significant milestone in India’s journey towards advanced and self-reliant rail technology.
Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw shared a video on ‘X’.
