The Haldiram Skill Academy (HSA) hosted a grand Convocation Ceremony on 24 December 2025, at its Noida campus, marking the successful completion of its latest courses on Multi-cuisine Cook, Fashion Technology, and Beauty and Wellness.
The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamps, and inroduction of the guests.
The event was graced by Chief Guest, Retd. Lt. General Sanjay Kulkarni, Guest of Honour, Dusmanta Behera, Editor-in-Chief of NewzVille.
Rita Kapur, Director of HSA; Pradeep Srivastava, Former DGP of Chandigarh and Executive Committe Member of HSA; Jiten Acharya, Principal of HSA, and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
In her welcome address, Director Kapur provided an insightful overview of the Academy and the journey of the Haldiram Skill Academy (HSA).
She highlighted the Academy’s records of student placement, particularly within the Food & Beverage, Fashion, and Beauty & Wellness sectors. Looking ahead, the Director announced that HSA plans to expand its curriculum by introducing new courses specifically designed to align with evolving industry demands.
Encouraging the students, Lt. General (Retd.) Kulkarni remarked, “Stay firm in your resolve to achieve your professional goals; let your skills be the engine that drives you to reach new heights.”
In his appreciation of HSA, he noted, “This is a beautiful campus. The opportunity for hands-on training provided here is quite rare. You are fortunate to have completed a course in such an environment, as these practical skills will undoubtedly serve as a strong foundation for your future success.”
Guest of Honour NewzVille Editor-in-Chief, Behera said “You may face some obstacles on course of your professional journey.”
He encouraged the students to view these obstacles as opportunities to learn. Overcoming these hurdles will only make you stronger and more capable,” he added.
The students also shared their unique experiences and how they learn with the great mentors of HSA.

Haldiram’s Skill Academy is set up to give required professional skills for students from Classe 9-12, Dropouts, Out-of- Education candidates and the community at large, specially belonging to economically weaker section of the society.
