DSGMC Felicitates Delhi CM Rekha Gupta

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) felicitated Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at Mata Sundri Auditorium, in New Delhi on Thursday, December 18, 2025. In a full house auditorium DSGMC President Harmeet Singh Kalka and General Secretary Jagdip Singh Kahlon felicitated Delhi CM for organizing the three-day grand congregation at the Red Fort on the 350th martyrdom day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib.

Environment Minister of Delhi Government, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Former MP, Rajya Sabha, Tralochan Singh, and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion Delhi CM shared her experiences saying, “The three-day grand congregation organized at the Red Fort on the 350th martyrdom day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was a meaningful and memorable spiritual experience for Delhi. This event became an inspiring medium that connected the message of Guru Sahib Ji’s sacrifice, patience, and humanity with the consciousness of every individual.”

“The role of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in realizing this congregation has been highly commendable. Their efforts, carried out with service and dignity, are truly inspiring”, she added.

 

She further said, “Today, the affection, respect, and trust that the DSGMC team Delhi has received is an inspiration for us to continue working with even greater feelings of service, dedication, and responsibility in the future.”
