Israel confirms the killing of Hamas Commander Raed Saed in Gaza

A senior Hamas Commander Raed Saed was killed in a car strike on saturday, said the Israeli military. Saed was the key person behind the 7 October, 2023 attack on Israel.

After the Gaza Ceasefire, this is the highest wanted figure from Hamas.

In a joint statement Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel and Israel Katz said that Saed was on target after a Hamas attack in which two soldiers were severely injured on Saturday.
