In a historic moment on 25 November, 2025 Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the grand flag-hoisting ceremony atop the newly completed Ram temple in Aydhya Dham.
The ceremony, marking the final architectural milestone of the temple’s construction, has been described by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust as one of the most significant events since the 2024 Pran Pratishtha.
Scheduled on Vivah Panchami—the sacred day celebrating the celestial wedding of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita—the event carries additional religious significance. Security in Ayodhya has been significantly heightened.
Police have canceled all advance bookings for pilgrims on November 24 and 25 at guest houses, homestays, and ashrams within a 200-metre radius of the temple.
Ayodhya airport has activated a specialised logistical plan, and around a hundred additional CISF personnel will be deployed to ensure smooth management of the event.
For Ayodhya, November 25 marks not only the architectural completion of the Ram temple but also a milestone in the city’s spiritual prominence and economic transformation.
