The Minister of State for the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Jitin Prasada, inaugurated the MeitY Pavilion at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

The pavilion highlights India’s digital transformation through three major thematic zones: Digital India, IndiaAI, and MyGov. These zones provide visitors with an immersive experience of India’s vision for digital public infrastructure, artificial intelligence for social good, and participatory governance.

One of the key attractions at the pavilion is the IndiaAI Zone, a major initiative ahead of the India-AI Impact Summit 2026. This zone underscores India’s commitment to developing a safe, trusted, and inclusive AI ecosystem.

With the theme “Action to Impact,” the IndiaAI Zone showcases the nation’s progress in responsible AI and offers an engaging preview of the upcoming summit.

Minister Jitin Prasada also visited the dedicated experience area within the IndiaAI pavilion, which highlights the seven strategic pillars of the IndiaAI Mission. These pillars include AI Kosh, Applications, Future Skills, Startups, Compute, Foundational Models, and Safe & Trusted AI.

Interactive screens allowed the Minister to explore real-world AI applications, future skills initiatives, and the broader AI ecosystem being fostered under the Mission. The Minister engaged with visitors and the IndiaAI team, encouraging them to continue driving forward India’s AI journey.
