India’s Minister of State for External Affairs, Pabitra Margherita, is visiting Ecuador in the first leg of his three-nation tour of Latin America and the Caribbean.
He met representatives from the Ecuadorian business community in Quito today and had a fruitful discussion on strengthening engagements between business communities to deepen bilateral trade.
During his first visit to the South American country, the minister will engage with the country’s leadership, inaugurate the resident Embassy of India in Quito, and meet representatives of the Indian community.
Pabitra Margherita also shared a post on X, writing: “Happy to meet representatives from the Ecuadorian business community. Had a good discussion on strengthening engagements between business communities to deepen bilateral trade.”
