A CNG bus operated by AISATS, Air India’s ground handling service provider, caught fire near Pier C-34 at Delhi Airport’s Terminal 3 on Tuesday afternoon. The driver safely evacuated all passengers before the fire spread.

According to the Central Industrial Security Force, a technical malfunction likely caused the blaze. The airport’s Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting team quickly extinguished the fire, and no injuries or damage to aircraft or facilities were reported.
