Kanpur Explosions: Six People Injured Near A Shop

Six people got injured after a blast in two scooties near a shop in Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh yesterday evening. Commissioner of police, Kanpur, Raghuvir Lal, said that the blast took place in two scooties, which were parked in front of a shop in the Misri Bazaar area of Mool Ganj Kotwali.

Out of the total 6 injured, two persons are in critical condition and have been referred to other hospitals. The rest of the injured are admitted to the Ursala hospital in Kanpur city. Police have urged people not to pay heed to rumours. Forensic teams and the bomb disposal squad reached the spot, and investigations are going on.
