Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Delhi organized the 2nd edition of the CII Delhi Real Estate Summit 2025 on Monday, 15 September 2025 in New Delhi to strategize and harness emerging opportunities shaping the future of real estate in the capital.
The Summit aims to bring together key stakeholders to deliberate on policy imperatives, innovation-led growth, and strategies to build a future-ready real estate ecosystem in Delhi.
The inaugural session was attended by Guest of Honour, Anand Kumar Chairman, Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) along with Kaustubh Prasad, MD, Sudyog Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., Amar Sarin, MD &CEO, TARC Ltd., Harsh Vardhan Bansal, Co-Founder, Unity Group, Anshuman Magazine Chairman & CEO, CBRE, Vineet Kanwar, Group Executive, DLF Ltd.
Addressing the gathering Anand Kumar, Chairman, Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) said the Real estate is the second-largest source of employment in the country and is central to India’s economic growth story. With rapid urbanisation, new cities and evolving housing needs, it is vital that we plan development in a sustainable and equitable manner.
During the session report of “Delhi 2041: Shaping the Future of Real Estate” was launched aiming at building an inclusive, resilient, and globally competitive sustainable capital city.
