Clashes broke out in London on Saturday as police and protesters scuffled during a mass anti-immigration demonstration. Tens of thousands marched through the city waving English and British flags in a rally organized by far-right activist Tommy Robinson.

A significant police presence was deployed, and a counter-rally of 5,000 people was held nearby by anti-racism group Stand Up To Racism.

The streets were packed with demonstrators heading toward Westminster, the seat of the UK parliament.

Police reported 26 officers injured—four seriously—after facing what they described as “unacceptable violence” while trying to maintain order.

At least 25 people were arrested for various offenses, with the Metropolitan Police pledging to identify those responsible for the disorder.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk addressed protesters via videolink from Whitehall. Meanwhile, anti-racism supporters dismissed the far-right’s claims as dangerous misinformation.
