Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer held a joint press conference Following their bilateral talks. Both the leaders highlighted strengthening the India-UK ties.

During the meet, Prime Minister Starmer described the new agreement with India as a “landmark deal,” emphasizing its importance for generating jobs, attracting investment, and driving growth.

He also asserted that it is the most economically significant trade deal that UK has made since it left the European Union.
