Indian Army gets first batch of Apache helicopters, Defence Minister applauds

The first batch of Apache attack helicopters for the Indian Army arrived in India today from the United States.

Calling it a “milestone moment,” army officials confirmed that the helicopters will soon be deployed at Jodhpur. Taking to X, the Indian Army posted: “Milestone moment for Indian Army as the first batch of Apache helicopters for Army Aviation arrive today in India. These state-of-the-art platforms will bolster the operational capabilities of the IndianArmy significantly.”

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lauded the arrival of the first batch of Apache attack helicopters for the Indian Army. He called it a significant step toward strengthening India’s defence capabilities.
