India and Namibia signed four key Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on Wednesday in Windhoek to deepen bilateral cooperation. The agreements were exchanged in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Namibian President Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
The MoUs were aimed at enhancing cooperation in infrastructure, clean energy, entrepreneurship, and healthcare. These agreements mark a new milestone in India-Namibia relations, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainable development and mutual growth.

Global Biofuels Alliance (GBA) Framework Agreement MoU on Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC)
MoU on Cooperation in Health and Medicine
The MoUs were signed following high-level delegation-level talks between PM Modi and President Nandi-Ndaitwah. Key areas of discussion included energy security, healthcare partnerships, education exchanges, and digital technology collaboration.
The visit underlines India’s growing engagement with African nations and reinforces its commitment to inclusive development, innovation, and global partnerships.
