On the occasion of International Day of Yoga Himveers of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) performed Yoga near the serene Pangong Tso (Lake) in Ladakh.

At Border Outposts (BOPs) Dhan Singh Thapa and Chartse (24 Bn, Leh), located at an altitude of 14,200 feet, the spirit of wellness echoed across the heights as personnel embraced the ancient practice.

This year’s theme for International Yoga Day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” Yoga continues to make a positive impact both in India and across the world.

From high-altitude border posts to global cities, the practice of Yoga symbolizes balance, inner strength, and harmony with nature. Its growing global recognition reinforces India’s vision of health, peace, and unity through holistic living.
