On the sidelines ahead of the formal G7 summit in Canada, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney held several bilateral meetings on Sunday.

Carney met with Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, who stated that increasing the number of nuclear-powered submarines operated by Australia, Britain, and the United States would enhance security in the Indo-Pacific and serve U.S. interests.
