Before Play-offs, the Fight is to get Spot 1 and 2 in IPL 2025

The winner of the first qualifier will directly qualify for the Final

Four teams are qualified for the plays-offs which starts from 29 May 2025 in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The positions are:

Gujarat Titans (GT) at No. 1 with 18 points and one match remaining

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at No. 2 with 17 points and 2 match remaining

Punjab Kings (PBKS) at No. 3 with 17 points and 2 match remaining

Mumbai Indians (MI) at No. 4 with 16 points and one match remaining

GT, RCB and PBKS will definitely try their best to get the spot of 1 and 2. Because the format of the play-offs in IPL is 1st position team will play the 2nd position team and 3rd position team will face the 4th position team.

The winner of the first qualifier will directly qualify for the Final which will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium on 03 June (Tuesday).

The looser of the second qualifier will be out of the tournament. And the looser of the first qualifier and winner of the second will fight to place in the final.

So the three teams GT, RCB and PBKS all will be eyeing to finish spot 1 and 2 to play safe to the final.
