This week entertainment industry will remain busy as five new films/series are in queue for theatrical/OTT Release. Have a look which one you are comfortable with to watch.
Kesari Veer (Theatre Release)

Kesari Veer is a historical drama based on the life of Hamirji Gohil, a brave warrior who fought to protect the Somnath Temple of Gujarat against the invasion of the Tughlaq Empire. Directed by Prince Dhiman and co-written by Kanu Chauhan and Shitiz Srivastava, the film stars Sooraj Pancholi as Hamirji Gohil.
The film also features Suniel Shetty as Vegdaji and Vivek Oberoi as Zafar Khan. Going by the trailer, the film is likely to have intense moments of emotion and battle, all crafted to depict the bravery, faith, and sacrifice of the Hindu warriors.
Real Men (OTT/Netflix Release)
This is an 8 episodes Italian series that centers around four friends in middle age taking stock of their lives in the context of the challenges and opportunities of changing gender roles in a contemporary society. The plot is combination of comedy and social critique through light-hearted and sometimes uncomfortable entertainment.
The ensemble cast includes Matteo Martari, Nicole Grimaudo, and Sarah Felberbaum, and is likely to retain a strong Italian cultural flavor in terms of its milieu and tonality.
Nine Perfect Strangers (OTT/Amazon Prime Video)
Nine Perfect Strangers is a psychological drama that features nine stressed individuals at a remote wellness retreat run by Masha Dmitrichenko (Nicole Kidman). The visitors include a grieving family, an influencer, a novelist, and others, and they are subjected to intense and unconventional therapies to enable them to confront their traumas and secrets.
The first season of the series was appreciated for being multilayered, and the writing was noted for its incisive examination of loss, addiction, identity, and emotional healing. Season 2 is expected to be as dramatic as  Season 1 to sit and enjoy to cool the summer.
Sirens (OTT/Netflix Release)
Billed as a gripping miniseries, Sirens has been created by Molly Smith Metzler and follows revolving around Devon (Meghan Fahy) who becomes worried about her sister Simone’s (Milly Alcock) intense and risky association with her powerful boss Michaela (Julianne Moore).
The screenplay is expected to tackle themes of control, vulnerability, and sisterhood. Glenn Howerton plays an important role as Ethan, and the ensemble cast also includes Kevin Bacon, Bill Camp, Felix Solis and Britne Oldford. The plot is moving around New York.
Lilo and Stitch (Theatre Release)
This is Disney’s live-action adaptation of the beloved 2002 animated classic. Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp and set in Hawaii, the plot follows a lonely young girl Lilo (Maia Kealoha), who becomes friends with an impish alien named Stitch (voiced by Chris Sanders), who indirectly helps heal her broken family. The cast includes Sydney Agudong as Nani, Zach Galifianakis as Jumba, Billy Magnussen as Pleakley, and Courtney B. Vance as Cobra Bubbles. The film is expected to have lovely visuals, heartfelt moments and nostalgic charm.
