Have ever seen a horror car, with vibrant colors? The colors in the car are actually LED lights fitted smartly and creatively to produce different formations. Let know about the car, how it made and whose mind is behind this impressive creation.

The futuristic Nissan Skyline R34 is covered in a whopping 43,860 LED lights – the most LED lights on a car.

It’s owned by Alix Wilding of the UK, who unveiled it in Toulouse, France. The previous record was back in 2020 of 37,671 LED lights in a car in Dubai.

Alix bought the car in a state of disrepair and worked on slowly rebuilding it, adding the record number of lights as she went.

The spectacular design means the car can change colour, display funky patterns, and even pop the Guinness World Records logo right there on the bonnet.

But you won’t see it driving on the road any time soon. Because the car should meet the rules and regulations set by the particular country where to drive. “You’re not allowed to drive this car on the road, it’s not road legal,” Alix explained.

“One of the main reasons for that is the rear windscreen is totally covered, so not really very useful for reversing.”

The car is a replica of the Skyline used in the second Fast and the Furious movie, ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’ directed by John Singleton in the year 2003.

“It’s obviously been modified quite a lot but it drives like a dream, I was nervous when I first switched on the LEDs. They didn’t all work the first time, but it takes a lot of patience and carefully going through every LED and it was all worth the effort.” Alix said.

There are so many lights on the car it took six hours just to count them ! Breaking a record with her car is a personal achievement for Alix.

Being happy with what was achieved, she said: “I’m still in shock. I used to watch Record Breakers as a kid on TV and never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be a record holder as well.”
