An Ayurveda Training Course at Somos India Ayurveda School in Algarrobo, Chile was organized recently.
The Indian Embassy in Chile participated in the closing ceremony of the Ayurveda Training Course at Somos India Ayurveda School in Algarrobo, where 20 students received diplomas for completing a 2-year online Ayurveda course.
The event featured a Puja by an Indian priest, adding a spiritual touch. The First Secretary of Embassy presented a book on Yoga to the founders and discussed Embassy support for promoting Ayurveda in Chile. Excitingly, 18 students will visit India in Jan 2025 for a 3-week intensive Ayurveda workshop to deepen their knowledge.
In recent years the wisdom of 3ooo years holistic method of wellness “Ayurveda” is getting popular. In 2003 World Health Organization established a Global Center for Traditional Medicine with the support of Government of India in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
