The new Samsung Galaxy S25 line is expected to launch in early 2025 with basically the same design but with a bit different camera design finish. We can expect it will maintain the same pricing as the S24 lineup.

According to sources, Samsung will put Snapdragon SOC in the lineup instead of Exynos SOC with a 3nm chip and also the S25 Ultra could get rebranded as S25 Note which will reminisce a lot of customers who used to like the Note lineup.

One Ui 7 was rumoured to launch late this year(2024) but now it is expected to launch with the S25 series with a lot of improvements. Samsung also confirmed the One Ui 7 beta will roll out before the end of this year. Nevertheless, One Ui 6.1 has already had a lead over iOS 18 by having AI since
the beginning of the year 2024.

iOS is still due to launch AI on the iPhone 16 lineup (which was highly criticized by most of the customers for not having onboard AI on a newly launched phone. which is promised to launch in early 2025 in the USA).

Samsung also revealed to make the S25 lineup more AI-oriented, like to optimize power usage through Battery AI technology. AI Background task
management and the UI is expected to be smoother than previous, featuring a redesigned interface and generative AI features. Cameras will be smarter while taking different scenes and optimizing the colour according to the mood of the photo. Samsung also has promised to make the ecosystem more intuitive.

The big question is: Will Samsung give the same promise of software and security updates up to 6 to 7 years in the new lineup? Stay tuned to know more updates about the upcoming S25 lineup.
