New Delhi || 22-11-2024 The Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tribute to the Arya Samaj monument in Georgetown, Guyana. PM Modi appreciated their efforts and role in preserving the Indian culture in Guyana as commendable. He further remarked that this year was also a very special as we mark the 200th Jayanti of Swami Dayanand Saraswati.

Prime Minister Modi is on a Visit to Guyana after the Conference of Climate Change COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
PM Narendra Modi also met some popular International Cricketers along with Guyana’s President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali in Georgetown, Guyana. He had an interaction with some old and current West Indies Cricketers Clive Lloyd, Alvin Kallicharran, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Devendra Bishoo, Steven Jacobs, Shimron Hetmyer, Romario Shepherd, Keemo Paul and Dr. Ranjisinghi Ramroop were among others.
