The player of the Match Smriti Mandhana kept the hope alive chasing a daunting task of 233 to win. She scored a brilliant century(100 off 122 balls). It was her 8th Century in ODIs and 3rd in this year.
Harmanpreet Kaur supported Smriti with brilliant unbeaten 59 Runs in 63 balls.
At last IND-W chased down the target with 34 balls left.
Earlier NZ-W scored 232 runs via a half century by Brooke Halliday. They were all out in the 50th over. Halliday scored 86 runs of 96 balls with 3 sixes and 9 fours.
Women in black could not be able to capitalize on any real good partnership.
